You will find all sorts of people at the club with differing abilities, including children, visually impaired people, and archers in the county squad. The Club has received a grant in the past for its support for disabled archers. We shoot 3 times a week outdoors in the summer and 2 times a week indoors in the winter.
Annual club membership fees are currently:
- £75 senior (24+)
- £130 couples (2 seniors)
- £100 family (1 senior and 1 junior)
- £40 disabled archer (any age)
- £40 junior (10 – 17 years old)
- £40 young adult (18 – 23 years old)
Free membership is available for current King’s School Ely students who are over 10 years old and have completed a beginners’ course (Archery GB membership is still required).
All fees are reduced on a sliding scale if you join part-way through the year.

Archery GB Membership Fee
Ely Archers is affiliated to Archery GB (formerly GNAS).
In addition to the annual club membership fees you will also have to pay a fee to become a member of Archery GB. We arrange your membership for you, so that you pay the reduced ‘Club Member’ fee. Archery GB membership fees. Joining Archery GB provides you with insurance, a membership card (which you will need for all external competitions) and a regular full colour magazine.
Pay and Shoot (Target Fee)
If you are already an Archery GB member and would like to visit us on an ad-hoc basis, our target fees are £5 per session. For example, you might be a University archer home for the holidays, or a seasoned archer moving into the area.
